Billing questions
Never. Every plan includes unlimited listeners. Whether ten people follow along or a thousand, the price is the same.
Only the time a service is live in the live console. If you start translation at the sermon and stop at the benediction, that’s all that counts. Hours reset at the start of each month.
Translation pauses and listeners see a friendly message instead of captions. Nothing is charged automatically. You can upgrade to the Church plan anytime, even in the middle of a Sunday, and translation picks right back up.
Yes. Cancel from your church settings whenever you like. You keep the Church plan until the end of the period you’ve paid for, then move to the Free plan. No phone calls, no guilt.
By card, through Stripe, a trusted payment company. We never see or store your full card number. Churches can choose monthly or yearly billing.
No. Start before December 25, 2026 and your church gets the Church plan free until January 1, 2027. If you don’t add a card, you’ll move to the Free plan automatically. Nothing is charged.
